The Challenge: OMBAI Living is a premium sustainable furniture brand in the UAE. They needed a Shopify storefront that could match the brand identity and quality of their handcrafted teak and suar wood products - and convert high-intent buyers browsing a 100+ SKU catalog across furniture, décor, and outdoor categories.

What I Built: A full Shopify storefront with bilingual (EN/AR) support, multi-currency pricing, and a deeply structured navigation system organized by room, material, and product type. I integrated buy-now-pay-later via Tabby and Tamara, built material editorial pages to support premium storytelling, and designed a product page system that showcased craftsmanship through high-quality photography.

The Result: The storefront launched to a ~2.3% conversion rate, strong for a premium furniture e-commerce store where the industry average sits between 1–2%. OMBAI also received immediate press coverage across 9 regional publications, including Signé Magazine, One Arabia, and Dubai Shopping Guide. The storefront supports a growing Dubai showroom and a B2B wholesale arm, built to scale without a rebuild.
