The Client

Eclipse Vision is a Saudi-based premium event production company that operates at the intersection of government, corporate, and entertainment. Their client roster includes Saudi government ministries (Ministry of Sport, Ministry of Communications, Riyadh Region Municipality), global brands (ABB, Lexus, Amazon Prime Video, ADNOC, STC, Noon), and major cultural platforms (Riyadh Season, Red Sea International Film Festival, LEAP, World Defense Show, The Gathering). They also partner with hospitality names like Hyatt Regency and Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi.
Their services span four pillars: Event & Experience Design, Event Production & Execution, Guest Experience & Staffing, and Branded & Hybrid Experiences.

The Problem

Eclipse Vision had the client roster and the operational track record, but no digital presence to match. In Saudi Arabia's premium events market, contracts are won on perceived prestige and institutional trust. When a government ministry or a global brand evaluates a potential partner, the website is often the first touchpoint. Eclipse needed a site that could sit in front of a Saudi government official and a Formula E executive with equal credibility.
The project was delivered in partnership with Jensen & Jensen, who managed the client relationship. I was brought in as the Webflow specialist to design and build the full site.

The Approach

I designed and developed a cinematic Webflow site built to communicate one thing: this company operates at the highest level.
Dark, high-impact visual language. The events industry in the Middle East runs on prestige. I built the entire site around a dark palette with cinematic photography from real Eclipse events: Formula E night races, the Future Minerals Forum stage, Italian Super Cup trophy ceremonies, Red Sea Film Festival screenings. Every image earns its place. No stock photography, no filler.
Four-service architecture. Eclipse's offering is broad but structured. I designed a numbered service grid that breaks down each pillar (Event & Experience Design, Event Production & Execution, Guest Experience & Staffing, Branded & Hybrid Experiences) with clear scope, outcome, client type, and nature. Each service card communicates what Eclipse does without requiring a phone call.
Partner credibility wall. The site features a tabbed partner section organized by category: Hospitality & Venue, Government & Public Sector, Corporate & Commercial, Creative/Culture/Entertainment, and Major Events & National Platforms. This isn't a generic logo bar. It's structured proof that Eclipse operates across every tier of the Saudi events ecosystem.
Five flagship event case studies. I built individual sections for Jeddah Formula E, Red Sea International Film Festival, Future Minerals Forum, ABB Corporate Event, and the Italian Super Cup. Each case study includes the event type, location, Eclipse's specific scope of work, and the operational challenge they solved. These sections do the heavy lifting for business development: a prospective client can see exactly how Eclipse performed at their scale.
Team section with real faces. Instead of hiding behind a corporate facade, the site introduces Eclipse's key team members (Event Manager, Account Manager, Stage Manager) with professional portraits. For a company that sells on direct partner access and on-ground execution, putting real people on the site builds trust.

The Results

Eclipse Vision now has a digital presence that matches their elite client roster. The site communicates the trust signals that win contracts in Saudi Arabia's premium events market: cultural intelligence, precision delivery, institutional partnerships, and a track record across government, corporate, and entertainment verticals.

Key Takeaway

In the events industry, your website isn't a marketing channel. It's a credential. Eclipse Vision had the partnerships, the team, and the track record, but none of that was visible online. By structuring the site around real event case studies, categorized partner logos, and a clear service architecture, the site became a business development tool that works before anyone picks up the phone. The design didn't need to be loud. It needed to be precise, cinematic, and unmistakably premium.
