Can someone make a graphic for this?" shouldn't turn into a scattered DM thread.
This is our Design Requests board.
Anyone on the team who needs graphic work just creates a request card, no chasing the manager or the designer directly.
Each card has the details built in: design type, which platform it's for, who it's assigned to, and a reference link if needed.
Requests move through columns: LinkedIn Graphics, Pinterest Inspiration, in progress, and Completed, so everyone can see status without asking.
Designers know exactly what's needed and for whom. Team leads know exactly who's waiting on what.
One board, no confusion about who needs what, for which platform.
