Task Management List UI/UX for a SaaS product (Planso)
As projects grow, task boards often become cluttered and hard to scan.
→ Priorities aren’t clear
→ Progress is difficult to track
→ Teams lose focus
I designed a List-style task board UI that improves clarity and control.
Key decisions:
→ Clear task stages (To Do → In Progress → Review → Done)
→ Color-coded priorities (Urgent to Low)
→ Due dates & ownership visible at card level
→ Scalable SaaS design system
