DES (Deep Electro Sound) is a visual identity created for an electronic radio show focused on deep electro culture.

The logo is built from a modular system of parallel lines forming a rhythmic and geometric structure. Inspired by radio waves and electronic frequencies, the curves translate the invisible movement of sound into a bold visual symbol.

The identity explores ideas of signal, rhythm and motion, creating a strong mark that works across radio visuals, event posters, digital platforms and merchandise.

Rooted in minimalist design and Bauhaus influences, the DES identity transforms electronic sound into a visual language.

Recently worked on a project for https://joindawn.com/ on the release of their new product. Hired by my friend https://x.com/hunterthompson to create the initial logo and creative direction. He always brings me great projects that give me room to really push the logo and brand work. With Dawn, I explored a wide range of directions — looking at how we could express sun, serenity, and mental health in a way that felt warm, calm, and approachable. These were some of the early explorations across a few different visual directions.

If a brand is built around texture and atmosphere, how should the illustrations respond?

This brand identity belongs to an interior designer whose work focuses on detail, materials, and atmosphere, so the illustration style needed to reflect that same sensibility.

I started by cutting shapes from paper inspired by interior elements, then scanned and refined them digitally before turning them into vector illustrations for the brand system.

Working this way helped keep the visuals distinctive and more textured, which felt important for this identity.
