Flamma is a real estate development studio building homes designed around quality of life, with a focus on thoughtful, livable spaces.

The visual identity needed to feel warm and grounded rather than corporate, built around a soft, natural color palette that reflects that sense of home. For the project brochures, we prioritized clarity: generous white space, a strong grid, and real photography of each space let the properties speak for themselves, while consistent layouts across units and floor plans make the material easy to navigate for prospective buyers.
