A series of modular branch and pop-up banking environment concepts developed for Bank of America, exploring how financial services could be delivered in non-traditional retail and public settings. Each concept balances brand consistency with spatial flexibility, incorporating ATM integration, frosted privacy glass enclosures, acoustic baffle systems, and video chat consultation pods to support both self-serve and assisted banking interactions. Designs were developed across multiple configurations to accommodate varying footprints and customer journey needs, from open-concept layouts to fully enclosed private consultation spaces.
