This is cool. Your fail state is 'RIP', ever considered how your narrative writing should do more than that? I'd feel terrible if I were playing a game and failed only to get a death copy. Mind sharing why you chose that UX Copy?
It was a call back to the early GTA games, which inspired this game.
But RIP in this case actually stands for 'Rest in pieces', since they are cars!

I built a Whack-a-Mole mini game in Rive 🐹🔨
Using Rive Scripting, I implemented:
• Randomized mole spawning
• Adjustable spawn rate
• Cooldown timing control
The scoring system uses data binding to provide real-time gameplay feedback.
It’s a simple prototype, but a good reminder that even minimal mechanics can be engaging.
