St. Agni — Performance Ad Concept
A speculative ad creative suite I built for St. Agni as a portfolio piece, exploring how the brand's "intellectual chic" philosophy translates into paid social without collapsing into the loud, trend-driven visual language of fast fashion.
The bundle leans on architectural minimalism: warm neutral textures — raw linen, polished concrete — generous negative space, restrained typography. The garment carries the frame; nothing competes with it.
The motion asset uses hyper-realistic AI fashion avatars to present the capsule in natural movement — a workflow that lets the concept explore silhouette and fabric behaviour without a physical shoot. Static assets focus on tailored lines and fluid drape in still frames.

"I’m pleased to share a recent pattern+Tech Pack design concept for a streetwear hoodie, where I explored the tension between rigid structure and organic chaos.
The design utilizes a fragmented, almost 'digital artifact' motif—reimagining classic organic forms into sharp, pixelated, and gestural strokes. These aggressive, horizontal elements are layered over large, soft, abstract pink color blocks to create depth.
This technique, which I call 'structured decay,' was designed to give a classic streetwear silhouette a complex, textured, and forward-thinking aesthetic. The final result is a pattern with incredible rhythm and unexpected transitions.
The structured-decay idea is compelling—the contrast between rigid geometry and soft, oversized color blocks gives the hoodie a real visual rhythm. I especially like how the tech-pack logic still leaves room for expressive surface detail.
