When Love Outlives Goodbye | Book Launch Flyer Design
A warm, high-contrast launch flyer that turns a grief-support book into a scroll-stopping social media promo.
I designed the official book launch flyer for When Love Outlives Goodbye: Finding Peace in God’s Presence During Life’s Hardest Goodbyes by Justin Thomley.
The book deals with grief, faith, and healing. The flyer had to feel hopeful and comforting, not heavy, while still standing out in a crowded social media feed and driving readers to buy.
1_ Color palette: Deep black with glowing gold and cream tones. This mirrors the sunset on the book cover, symbolizes hope after loss, and makes the headline pop.
2_ Typography: A bold, oversized “BOOK LAUNCH” headline paired with an elegant handwritten “Official” script, balancing impact with a personal touch.
3_ Hierarchy: The tagline “The goodbye was real. The love remains. Hope is still possible.” sits right under the headline for an instant emotional hook.
4_ Content block: A framed “What You’ll Discover” section highlights the book’s three key themes so readers understand its value at a glance.
5_ Book mockup: A 3D mockup of the cover, placed on the right to balance the text and give the book a premium feel.
Clear call to action: An “Now Available on Amazon” badge, a Kindle and Paperback note, and a scannable QR code lead straight to the purchase page.
A cohesive, emotionally resonant promo design ready for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Status, and LinkedIn, giving the author a professional launch presence.

Unfog Your Mind — Book Design & Publishing Project
Reclaiming Mental Clarity and Productivity
I had the opportunity to work on the book presentation for Unfog Your Mind by Tony T. Glenn, a practical book focused on overcoming mental clutter, chronic stress, information overload, emotional fatigue, and unproductive habits.
The goal was to create a professional visual presentation that communicates the book’s central message—moving from mental fog to clarity—while keeping the design clean, modern, and engaging.
What I Worked On
Book cover design and visual direction
Back-cover layout and content organization
Typography and hierarchy
Professional text placement
Visual consistency between the front and back cover
Reader-focused presentation for a publishing-ready finish
Design Approach
The visual concept uses an abstract human mind surrounded by layered, orbit-like elements to represent mental overload, information, distraction, and cognitive clutter.
The cool blue visual palette reinforces the themes of calm, clarity, focus, and mental restoration, while the bold typography gives the title and core message strong visual impact.
The back cover was structured to clearly communicate what readers can expect from the book, highlighting its practical approach to developing focus, managing thoughts, improving productivity, and creating a clearer mindset.
The Result
A professional book presentation designed to help the book communicate its message before the reader even opens the first page.
From mental fog to clarity. From overwhelm to focus.
I help authors transform their manuscripts and ideas into professionally presented books—from editing and formatting to cover design and Amazon KDP publishing.

Book Design | Cover Design | KDP Formatting
I recently worked on the book design for Navigating the Waves: Embracing Homebirth With Confidence, creating a visual identity that reflects the book’s themes of birth, confidence, ancestral wisdom, and empowerment.
The design combines a soft, calming color palette with a pregnancy-inspired visual element to create a warm and welcoming feel while keeping the overall presentation professional and readable.
For the full cover, I focused on maintaining consistency across the front cover, spine, and back cover, while making sure the author information, book description, and biography were clearly structured.
What I focused on:
📖 Full-wrap book cover design
🎨 Cohesive color and typography selection
✍️ Professional text hierarchy and layout
📐 Print-ready KDP formatting
👩🏾🍼 Visual direction aligned with the book's subject
📚 Front cover, spine, and back cover consistency
The goal was to create a cover that feels personal, empowering, and connected to the subject matter, while still looking polished and professional for publication.
Have a manuscript that needs professional book design, formatting, or a publication-ready cover? I can help bring it together from manuscript to final KDP-ready files.
