Nia and the Pocket Lantern ✨🌿

I’ve been imagining a little girl who discovers a tiny lantern hidden beneath the flowers in her grandmother’s garden.

At first, it seems ordinary.

Then she lights it… and the garden begins to glow.

The flowers, the trees, the little path beyond the gate everything suddenly feels alive.

And now Nia has a choice:

Does she follow the light into the garden… or turn back before she discovers what’s waiting for her? 👀🌙

This is a personal children's-book concept study exploring character design, emotion, atmosphere, and visual storytelling.

What do you think Nia would find beyond the gate?

This is so true! Even in 3D product animation, I always start with rough sketches on paper before jumping into Blender.

It saves hours of rework and the ideas flow more human. AI can't replace that feeling.

Great process Filip!

Is sketching part of your creative workflow or we've forgotten what it feels to be human?

Depending on the projec's scope, I normally like to explore my ideas on paper before I come up with the best solution. And no, they're not perfect. They are rough and messy, my goal is so...

Same thing happens in sales copy. A rough outline on paper catches the weak argument before I waste time polishing it.

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m working on a logo design for a brand called “Cool Pop” — an Asian pop drink brand.

I’d love to hear your thoughts and honest feedback on the logo concept. What do you think works, and what could be improved?

Your feedback would really help me refine the design. Thanks! 🙌
