My results leaned toward a ๐ดD/๐ตC profile โ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐น๐๐-๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ป, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐. It explained many of my leadership and decision-making patterns.
But the biggest takeaway was realizing that not everyone communicates, makes decisions, or responds to feedback the same way. That's the biggest value of the DISC framework
