Most property apps are good at helping people find a home, but the harder part starts once something catches their attention.
This experience was designed around that next stage: understanding the property, working out what it would actually cost, saving it for later and knowing who to speak to.
The aim was to bring those decisions into one clear flow, so users can move from interest to action without jumping between different tools or sources.
I kept the interface calm and minimal, with the property itself doing most of the visual work.
