AI-Powered Incident Analysis & Resolution Assistant
I designed a proof-of-concept AI workflow that analyzes IT incidents and generates structured troubleshooting guidance, potential root-cause analysis, and resolution documentation. The workflow demonstrates how AI can reduce repetitive support activities, improve consistency in incident handling, and help support teams create clear and standardized resolution notes.

I created a sample Jira project demonstrating structured issue management, custom workflow configuration, automation rules, JQL-based reporting, and project dashboards. The solution includes automated assignment, status notifications, issue linking, custom field updates, and workflow stages from creation through testing and completion, helping teams reduce manual administration and improve project visibility.

I created a professional Excel-based IT Operations Dashboard to transform raw ticket data into actionable insights. The dashboard tracks ticket volume, resolution trends, priority and category distribution, assignment groups, and SLA performance. It includes interactive filters and KPI cards for Total Tickets, Resolved, Open Tickets, Average Resolution Time, and SLA Compliance, helping teams quickly monitor operational performance and identify areas requiring attention.
