I run my company on an AI chief of staff I built. It is called Coulson. Every morning it puts the day on one page before I open email: the three revenue priorities, every commitment with its date, and one list of what is waiting on my approval. Behind it, a team of AI agents drafts replies, prepares meetings, chases follow ups and sends an end of day report at 7 PM. Nothing goes out without a yes. Now I build the same system for other companies. The case study, with real screens on sample data: hqlabz.com/work/coulson

AI is moving into a new phase.

It’s no longer just about asking AI a question and getting an answer.

AI is starting to do the work.

Google recently expanded agentic capabilities across Workspace, allowing Gemini to work across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and other apps to complete multi-step tasks.

And the enterprise world is already thinking about what comes next.

Who controls these agents?

What can they access?

What actions are they allowed to take?

How do you know what they actually did?

That’s why I think the next AI conversation for businesses will be less about:

“Which AI tool should we buy?”

And more about:

“Which parts of our business should AI be allowed to operate?”

Imagine an AI system that doesn't simply tell your sales team that a new lead arrived.

It:

→ Responds to the lead → Qualifies them → Updates the CRM → Books the appointment → Sends the right information → Follows up automatically → Escalates to a human when needed

That is a very different proposition from a chatbot.

At Growth Launch Agency, this is the direction we're focused on: building AI systems around actual business workflows rather than adding another tool for employees to learn.

The opportunity isn't to put AI everywhere.

It's to identify the workflows where AI can take responsibility for the repetitive work while people stay in control of the decisions that matter.

If you're a business owner or executive thinking about AI adoption, I'd start there .

Don't ask what AI can do.

Ask what your business needs done repeatedly. #ArtificialIntelligence #AIAgents #AgenticAI #BusinessAutomation #AIforBusiness #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfWork #AI #BusinessGrowth #GrowthLaunchAgency
