I created a sample Jira project demonstrating structured issue management, custom workflow configuration, automation rules, JQL-based reporting, and project dashboards. The solution includes automated assignment, status notifications, issue linking, custom field updates, and workflow stages from creation through testing and completion, helping teams reduce manual administration and improve project visibility.
Automated assignment shaves the back and forth of ticket routing, so the team can stay on the work that matters.

I designed and developed a Spotify-inspired Music Analytics Dashboard in Microsoft Power BI, combining data modelling, DAX, interactive navigation, and custom dashboard design into a single analytical experience.
The dashboard allows users to explore music data from different perspectives — from overall performance and popularity to individual artists, songs, albums, and trends over time.
What I built
- Overview Dashboard — high-level KPIs and music performance trends
- Artist Analytics — artist rankings, song counts, popularity and catalogue analysis
- Song Analytics — song popularity, duration, year-wise analysis and album insights
- Interactive Navigation — seamless movement between dashboard sections
- Dynamic Visual Analysis — monthly trends, popularity patterns and category comparisons
- Detailed Data Tables — deeper exploration beyond summary-level KPIs
- Spotify-inspired UI — dark, modern interface designed around the visual identity of a music streaming platform
Key metrics explored
- 342 Artists
- 789 Distinct Songs
- 562 Albums
- Average Song Duration: 3.28 minutes
- Average Popularity: 90

I run my company on an AI chief of staff I built. It is called Coulson.
Every morning it puts the day on one page before I open email: the three revenue priorities, every commitment with its date, and one list of what is waiting on my approval. Behind it, a team of AI agents drafts replies, prepares meetings, chases follow ups and sends an end of day report at 7 PM. Nothing goes out without a yes.
Now I build the same system for other companies. The case study, with real screens on sample data: hqlabz.com/work/coulson
