So I started building a “LISTENING TO” section into my website — kind of a living feed of what's been fueling the brain lately. 🎧

Fewer openings.
More competition.
More hybrid/on-site requirements.
More “one human should do the work of 7 departments” job descriptions. 😅

One underrated feature of Squarespace:
You can redesign an entire site without touching the live one.
I often rebuild sites behind the scenes, then swap them when everything is ready.
Zero downtime. No broken pages.
(And no one sees the half-finished redesign.) 😍
