I know contracts are important, but sometimes they feel like overkill, especially for smaller projects.
I'm referring to things like a one-week project such as a pitch deck design, not a large project like a full website.

Do you list your pricing on your portfolio site, or have clients reach out first? I can see benefits to both sides. Right now I’m testing 3 distinct packages with “starting at” prices, so it provides a rough range, but not an exact price.

How do you approach website hand offs? I’ve tried sending a mini-training Loom so they can handle small edits, then offering hourly support if they need more. I know others offer retainers for ongoing updates, but I haven't tried that. Curious, what’s worked best for you?
