I have experience working as a HR professional with a Gen Z workforce, and coaching them on a wide variety of matters, like HR management, leadership, team management, culture building, etc. I am also experienced in organizational data collection, analysis and visualization. I am able to design a survey tailored for a specific purpose, implement it, analyze the output and compile it into a compelling report for easy understanding.
