I help founders, small businesses, and nontechnical product owners turn practical ideas into working software, and rescue AI-built projects that have stalled.

My work falls into three areas: auditing and creating recovery plans for applications built with Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, and similar AI tools; running workflow discovery sprints that translate manual business processes into focused product plans; and building SaaS, web, and cross-platform mobile MVPs from defined concepts through deployment.

I use Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to accelerate implementation, debugging, and code review. I personally manage product scope, user flows, acceptance criteria, repository organization, testing, and deployment decisions.

Typical clients include founders with stalled AI-generated applications, contractors and property managers replacing paperwork with software, local service businesses automating manual processes, and sole proprietors validating a SaaS concept before committing to a full build.
