This was a pro bono project I did for a young woman here in Portland. She was starting a new cleaning service and needed a logo. She loved the result, and it felt nice helping her out.

User testing is one of the most effective ways to gain insight into your audience. It can reveal real pain points, uncover unexpected behavior, and challenge assumptions.
It’s also the moment when otherwise intelligent, capable people suddenly forget how buttons work and become completely baffled by the simplest tasks.
