We wanted to explain the idea of starting with the outcome first. Instead of creating a presentation, I wrote a short poem called Tac the Cat, animated it, added an AI-generated voice and edited the music to create a simple story that people would remember.
i'm planning for a unknown future, but aren't we all. My fixed term contract ends in December and i'm unsure what to do. So far I have:

So this was my first attempt at creating karaoke e-learning. this was the demo version just to see how people would react. It worked better in South Africa then in it did in the UK.
Currently i'm working on Performance Management. Im designing it really simply as a tool that managers use when they need it, so all are on PDF.s all talk about starting conversations with care and all are really easy to search on the LMS. This is a example of the imagery I have created and I am using.
