We wanted to explain the idea of starting with the outcome first. Instead of creating a presentation, I wrote a short poem called Tac the Cat, animated it, added an AI-generated voice and edited the music to create a simple story that people would remember.

Im currently working on Performance Management. Im keeping it really simple and aiming at managers who are stressed and haven't got time to go through a endless e-learning to find the answer. These pdf's sit in between typical e-learning and the process. They introduce themselves as "start a conversation about.." and it shows the manager how to start a conversation say about lateness but also links them to the real process and any paper work they need to carry out successful performance management. This is a example of the artwork i'm using

Also as part of the coaching programme I created videos, using still images. The programme ran over 28 days and was short daily nudges that lasted under 3 mins. The idea was to get people into the habit of coaching daily.

I was working on a coaching project as part of it I created a short story podcast set in a future where coaching doesn't exist this a page from the transcripts I developed to run along side it
