Im currently working on Performance Management. Im keeping it really simple and aiming at managers who are stressed and haven't got time to go through a endless e-learning to find the answer. These pdf's sit in between typical e-learning and the process. They introduce themselves as "start a conversation about.." and it shows the manager how to start a conversation say about lateness but also links them to the real process and any paper work they need to carry out successful performance management.
