Building a Delivery System That Pharmacies Can Actually Rely On
When I first started working on Teams Delivery, the goal was much bigger than building another website. The challenge was to create a system that could connect pharmacies, drivers, administrators, and customers in one seamless workflow.
Every prescription delivery involves multiple moving parts from assigning drivers and optimizing routes to tracking deliveries and collecting proof of delivery. My focus was to make all of that feel simple for the people using it every day.
What I Worked On
Instead of treating this as a single project, I helped shape different parts of the platform.
I designed the pharmacy dashboard where staff can schedule deliveries, manage prescriptions, and monitor every order in real time.
Alongside that, I worked on the driver application, giving drivers everything they need in one place from secure login and optimized routes to delivery updates, payment collection, and digital proof of delivery.
To complete the ecosystem, I also contributed to the super admin portal, making it easier to oversee pharmacies, drivers, reports, delivery performance, and day-to-day operations from one centralized dashboard.
What Makes This Platform Different
What I enjoyed most about this project was solving real operational problems instead of simply building interfaces.
The platform allows pharmacies to create deliveries in seconds, drivers to follow optimized routes, customers to track deliveries live, and administrators to monitor the entire operation without jumping between multiple systems.
Everything works together as one connected ecosystem.
Today, Teams Delivery helps pharmacies manage their delivery operations more efficiently by bringing every step of the workflow into one platform. Instead of relying on manual coordination, staff can assign deliveries, drivers can complete routes faster, and every order can be tracked from dispatch to successful delivery - all through a single connected system.

Pharmacy Logistics & Driver Management Platform
I developed a Driver App for Teams Delivery to simplify the entire prescription delivery process. The app gives drivers everything they need in one place, from logging in and managing daily routes to completing deliveries, collecting payments, and capturing proof of delivery. The goal was to reduce manual coordination and help drivers complete deliveries faster with complete visibility.
What I Built
Driver Login & Authentication
Implemented a secure login system with vehicle selection, allowing drivers to access only their assigned deliveries and routes.
Route & Navigation Management
Built a route management system where drivers can view assigned stops, optimize delivery order, and navigate efficiently throughout the day, helping reduce travel time and improve delivery efficiency.
Delivery Management
Created a complete delivery workflow that allows drivers to manage prescriptions from pickup to final delivery. Drivers can update delivery statuses in real time, report failed deliveries, add notes, and complete assigned orders directly from the app.
Proof of Delivery
Added digital proof of delivery by allowing drivers to capture customer signatures, delivery timestamps, and delivery confirmations for every completed order.
Payment Collection
Integrated payment collection into the delivery process, enabling drivers to record cash payments and update payment status without additional paperwork.
Real-Time Order Tracking
Built live order tracking so every delivery can be monitored throughout its journey, giving both pharmacies and customers better visibility into the delivery process.
Driver Dashboard
Designed a simple dashboard that gives drivers quick access to today's routes, active deliveries, pharmacy assignments, completed orders, and important delivery information.
