Building a Delivery System That Pharmacies Can Actually Rely On When I first started working on Teams Delivery, the goal was much bigger than building another website. The challenge was to create a system that could connect pharmacies, drivers, administrators, and customers in one seamless workflow.

Every prescription delivery involves multiple moving parts from assigning drivers and optimizing routes to tracking deliveries and collecting proof of delivery. My focus was to make all of that feel simple for the people using it every day.

What I Worked On

Instead of treating this as a single project, I helped shape different parts of the platform. I designed the pharmacy dashboard where staff can schedule deliveries, manage prescriptions, and monitor every order in real time. Alongside that, I worked on the driver application, giving drivers everything they need in one place from secure login and optimized routes to delivery updates, payment collection, and digital proof of delivery. To complete the ecosystem, I also contributed to the super admin portal, making it easier to oversee pharmacies, drivers, reports, delivery performance, and day-to-day operations from one centralized dashboard.

What Makes This Platform Different

What I enjoyed most about this project was solving real operational problems instead of simply building interfaces. The platform allows pharmacies to create deliveries in seconds, drivers to follow optimized routes, customers to track deliveries live, and administrators to monitor the entire operation without jumping between multiple systems.

Everything works together as one connected ecosystem. Today, Teams Delivery helps pharmacies manage their delivery operations more efficiently by bringing every step of the workflow into one platform. Instead of relying on manual coordination, staff can assign deliveries, drivers can complete routes faster, and every order can be tracked from dispatch to successful delivery - all through a single connected system.
