GoHighLevel SMS Reply Routing for a Florida Painting Company
I built this GoHighLevel workflow to manage incoming SMS replies for a Florida painting company.
When a lead responds, the workflow removes them from the active three-day cadence, clears the related tag, and records the reply. It then checks the contact against the intake criteria.
Eligible contacts move toward the AI intake process, while the remaining contacts are routed to a human conversation stage with a follow-up task for the team.
The workflow creates a clean handoff between automated follow-up, AI intake, and human support. It also prevents the standard cadence from continuing after a lead has responded.
My work included reply detection, workflow exit controls, conditional routing, opportunity updates, tagging, and human task creation.

GoHighLevel Lead Follow-Up Workflow for an Oregon Construction Company
I built this GoHighLevel Connect Call workflow to help an Oregon construction company manage new inquiries from Networx, Google Ads, and other lead sources.
The workflow maps the different paths a lead can take, including successful contact, missed calls, continued follow-up, and human handoff. It also keeps the relevant tasks, contact updates, and next steps organized inside the CRM.
The goal was to create a consistent lead-management process without relying on scattered notes or manual reminders.
Good automation does not replace the sales conversation. It makes sure the right conversation happens at the right time.
