GoHighLevel Lead Follow-Up Workflow for an Oregon Construction Company
I built this GoHighLevel Connect Call workflow to help an Oregon construction company manage new inquiries from Networx, Google Ads, and other lead sources.
The workflow maps the different paths a lead can take, including successful contact, missed calls, continued follow-up, and human handoff. It also keeps the relevant tasks, contact updates, and next steps organized inside the CRM.
The goal was to create a consistent lead-management process without relying on scattered notes or manual reminders.
Good automation does not replace the sales conversation. It makes sure the right conversation happens at the right time.
I help service businesses with GoHighLevel workflow design, CRM organization, lead routing, follow-up automation, and system audits.
For a construction company specifically, that missed call path is probably doing more revenue recovery than any other branch. guys on a job site are not picking up mid pour so leads default to voicemail & just go cold without something automatically pulling them back in
That's one of the biggest revenue leaks in construction. Most crews are on-site and can't answer every inbound call. The workflow I built immediately follows up via SMS, captures the lead's intent, qualifies them, and books them back into the pipeline instead of letting the opportunity go cold.
The industry standard for field service scheduling shows three to four technicians at a time, surrounded by completed appointments that are no longer relevant. Dispatchers spend their day mentally filtering noise just to see what is actually happening.
We designed a view where the full team's day is visible at once. All technicians, all AI-powered routes, who is running late, who has gaps, accessible from one place without opening a single individual profile. The view scrolls dynamically with time so completed appointments drop away and the focus stays on what still matters.
For a team of 150 technicians, the filter lets the dispatcher narrow to a specific group, region, or area in seconds. Tomorrow's schedule is already built before anyone starts work because the AI pre-builds routes based on recurring appointments.
This book help to learn how to use AI for done freelancing work like content creation, ai image generation, canva+AI designs, website devlopment, productivity and automation and how to get client and grow more etc.
