Sam is an artist and a master at his work. Since 2019, he has been the designer for Esferas, the journal I manage at NYU. He has full understanding of the medium with which we work (InDesign-photoshop) and always improves the quality of our product. We work with high end photographers and artists who are very concerned with the quality of their work on the page. Regardless of their aesthetic, they are always happy with Sam's work. As I am. Wouldn't work with anyone else.

I have always been drawn to working with Sam Cordell when deciding on a visual direction for a release cycle or album. Sam has a vast knowledge of how to not only capture exactly what a client has in mind, but also build on the idea in his own way. Sam’s acute knowledge of both analog and digital processes has always impressed me, and I can’t wait to work with him again in the future.
