I can lead the team, or I can be the team. I have built and managed teams of up to 30, and with AI I also ship as an individual contributor, not just a manager. I plug into your existing team, tools, and frameworks and produce inside them, or, when nothing exists yet, I build the system and the process myself. Co-founder and COO of Horizon Labs. GTM and RevOps systems, AI agents in production.
