Summary

This service is suitable for clients who need:
A reliable supporting role who has a good understanding of complex UX and service design, as well as, product development processes, in the team to complete an ongoing project, such as feature enhancements or a new feature.
UX help for new features, from problem discovery and user journeys to wireframes and product requirements documents for UI designers and developers.
Product management expertise for longer-term projects to help communicate your goals and visions to the different teams in the company, ensure all the teams are aligned on these goals and any relevant milestones, and keep track of each team's progress and potential challenges moving forward.
Ad-hoc UX and PM assistance. Emergencies do happen and sometimes you just need a reliable hand to jump in at any point of the project to help speed up the process. This service will be billed weekly.

What's included

  • UX Design Support

    This service includes any UX-related tasks that the client needs help with. This includes, but is not limited to, user journeys and flows, wireframes before the UI design phase, and assistance in user research and testing efforts. It does not include final UI design work.

  • Product Management Support

    This service includes product documentation efforts, such as user profile documentation, product discovery documents, and product requirements documents for handover to designers and developers.
