This service is ideal for clients who needs expertise in the different phases of way-finding system design project, where there is a need to:
Study and define the most common user flows within each space of the building, including rooms, hallways, stairs, elevators and open public spaces.
Define the types of signage needed for each type of space
Finalise the location of each signage types, including the direction the signage need to face.
Build an information hierarchy for the types of spaces in the building. This hierarchy will be used to lay out the content for each signage.
Understand the different types of signage: physical (3D), 2D printed signage, digital signage and directory, interactive signage or directory, and where to use them.
Align the signage visual language to the existing brand design the client already have.

A concise documentation of the work accomplished, including a design guideline document that the client's internal team can use for future changes and expansion.
Signage Design Documents
For work scope that includes final implementation effort, final art files will be provided. These include editable print-ready Illustrator or Photoshop files for handover to the printer. The client can still edit texts and replace any placeholder images.
