A complete brand experience built for businesses ready to show up with intention across every touchpoint. This package combines strategy and design so that every visual decision has a clear reason behind it, and everything works together from your guidelines to your printed materials and social presence. Who it's for: Businesses going through a launch, relaunch, or rebrand who want more than just a logo and need a designer to think through the full picture with them.
What's included:
Creative Direction & Visual Strategy — We start with a focused session to define the visual direction of your brand. Through a guided questionnaire and creative research, we'll explore your audience, market, and references to establish a clear and intentional creative direction that shapes every design decision from start to finish.
Everything in Essential Brand Identity — The full logo suite, color palette, typography system, moodboards, questionnaire, and one-page brand guide are all included, with the same level of care and detail.
Brand Elements — Custom-designed assets such as patterns, icons, or curated branded imagery that enhance and complement your brand's visual identity, giving you more to work with across digital and print applications.
Comprehensive Brand Guidelines — An expanded version of the one-page guide covering logo usage rules, color and typography application, tone of voice notes, and do's and don'ts for both digital and print. Delivered as a polished PDF and shared Figma file.
Three Social Media Templates — Up to 3 ready-to-use post templates designed in Figma or delivered as editable files, covering the formats most relevant to your brand and platforms.
Brand Application Mockups — Your identity presented across realistic print, physical, and digital contexts so you can see exactly how the brand looks and feels in the real world, and so do your clients.
One Custom Extra Service — An additional deliverable selected based on your specific needs, such as packaging, a storefront design, a presentation, or something else that makes sense for your brand. This is developed to complement and expand what we've built together.
FAQs
We start with a discovery call or a quick async chat to understand your vision, values, and goals. From there I guide you through an in-depth questionnaire covering your brand personality, target audience, and market positioning. Once I have a clear picture, I develop creative direction moodboards for your review and move into design from there. You'll have clear revision rounds built in at each stage, and I'll keep you updated throughout so there are no surprises.
This package includes up to 3 revision rounds to ensure clarity, alignment, and client satisfaction. Each round covers consolidated feedback, meaning it's most helpful to gather all your notes together before sending them through. Additional revisions beyond what's included can be arranged at an hourly rate.
A full brand identity project typically spans about 4-6 weeks, depending on how quickly feedback is returned and how many deliverables are required. If revisions or additional graphics are needed, the timeline may also extend slightly.
Think about your business goals, your target audience, and any brands you admire visually. If you have references, examples, or even a rough idea of the feeling you want your brand to convey, bring them. The more context you share early on, the smoother and faster the process will be.
You'll receive all final files organised and clearly labeled, in every format you need for both digital and print use. This includes PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and EPS for logo files, plus any Figma files, templates, or guides included in your package. Everything is delivered via a shared folder so it's easy to access and store.
Projects are split into two payments: 50% upfront to secure your spot and start the project, and 50% upon final delivery. For retainer arrangements, invoices are sent monthly. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or through the platform where the project is booked.
Yes. Every project begins with a contract outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, revision rounds, and payment terms. This protects both of us and keeps the project running clearly from start to finish.
I offer a short support window after delivery for any questions about how to apply your brand assets. If you need ongoing design support beyond that, a retainer arrangement can be a great fit. Feel free to reach out and we can work out what makes sense.
No third-party services are included in the packages. Font licenses, stock imagery, printing, and any external tools are the client's responsibility to source and cover separately.
Yes. If your project needs something outside the standard scope, like a packaging design, a pitch deck, or additional collateral, just reach out. Custom scopes are available and I'm happy to put together something that fits your specific needs.
