Reach out with a brief description of what you need and I'll get back to you to confirm scope, timing, and pricing. Once everything is agreed, you'll receive an invoice for the full amount before we begin.
The more context you share upfront, the better. A clear brief with your goals, references, existing brand assets, and any specific formats or sizes needed helps me hit the ground running and make the most of our time together.
If the scope ends up being larger than a half-day, I'll let you know before going over. Additional time can be booked as an extra block at the same rate.
One round of minor revisions is included per booking. If more significant changes are needed, these can be covered in an additional block.
You'll receive all final files in the formats relevant to your task, whether that's print-ready PDFs, web-optimised PNGs, editable Figma files, or other formats. This is confirmed at the briefing stage.
Yes. If you need regular design support, we can set up a recurring arrangement. For more consistent ongoing work, a monthly retainer might be a better fit. Get in touch and we can work out what suits you best.
