A focused package built to give your business a strong, cohesive visual identity from the start. This isn't just a logo. It covers all the core brand elements you need to show up professionally and consistently, whether you're launching something new or finally giving your brand the look it deserves. Who it’s for: Perfect for startups, creatives, and small business owners who need a solid visual foundation to launch with confidence. What's included:
Brand Questionnaire — Before anything begins, you'll fill out a short questionnaire covering your business, goals, audience, and visual preferences. This shapes the entire process and makes sure the final identity actually reflects your brand.
Creative Direction Moodboards — Two curated moodboards exploring different visual directions, covering color mood, typography style, imagery, and overall brand tone. These are reviewed and agreed on together before design begins, so there are no surprises.
Logo Design Suite — A flexible set of logo variations so your brand works across every touchpoint. You'll receive a primary logo, a secondary logo, and a submark or monogram, all delivered in black, white, and brand colors. File formats include PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and EPS.
Brand Color Palette — A curated color system that reflects your brand personality and keeps your visuals consistent, with primary and supporting colors delivered in HEX, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone.
Typography System — Carefully selected fonts that support your brand voice and improve readability, with a primary and secondary font, a basic hierarchy, and simple usage guidance.
Brand Application Mockups — Your identity presented across realistic print, physical, and digital contexts so you can see exactly how the brand looks and feels in the real world, and so do your clients.
One-Page Brand Guide — A concise visual reference covering logo usage, color palette, typography, and 2 to 3 brand-in-action mockups. Delivered as a PDF and a shared Figma file so you always know how to apply your brand correctly.
FAQs
Every project starts with a discovery call to understand your business, goals, and needs. From there I send a brand questionnaire, develop creative direction moodboards for your review, and move into design once we've aligned on the visual direction. You'll have clear revision rounds built in at each key stage, and I'll keep you updated throughout so there are no surprises.
The package includes up to 2 revision rounds to refine the chosen direction and ensure the final result aligns with your vision. Additional revisions or new design directions can be quoted separately if needed.
This package includes up to 2 revision rounds to ensure clarity, alignment, and client satisfaction. Each round covers consolidated feedback, meaning it's most helpful to gather all your notes together before sending them through. Additional revisions beyond what's included can be arranged at an hourly rate.
For a basic brand identity package, it typically spans about 2-3 weeks, from the initial questionnaire to delivering the final files, depending on how quickly feedback is returned. If revisions or additional graphics are needed, the timeline may also extend accordingly.
Think about your business goals, your target audience, and any brands you admire visually. If you have references, examples, or even a rough idea of the feeling you want your brand to convey, bring them. The more context you share early on, the smoother and faster the process will be.
You'll receive all final files organised and clearly labeled, in every format you need for both digital and print use. This includes PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and EPS for logo files, plus any Figma files, templates, or guides included in your package. Everything is delivered via a shared folder so it's easy to access and store.
Projects are split into two payments: 50% upfront to secure your spot and start the project, and 50% upon final delivery. For retainer arrangements, invoices are sent monthly. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or through the platform where the project is booked.
Yes. Every project begins with a contract outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, revision rounds, and payment terms. This protects both of us and keeps the project running clearly from start to finish.
I offer a short support window after delivery for any questions about how to apply your brand assets. If you need ongoing design support beyond that, a retainer arrangement can be a great fit. Feel free to reach out and we can work out what makes sense.
Yes. If your project needs something outside the standard scope, like a packaging design, a pitch deck, or additional collateral, just reach out. Custom scopes are available and I'm happy to put together something that fits your specific needs.
