Summary
I'm here for you from content ideation through optimization, and everything in-between.
Process
My proposed process:
1) Initial alignment call
2) I'll create/share a Notion workspace with you consisting on project details, resources, and timelines
3) Once we begin working together, I'll provide weekly updates (via Notion/email)
4) I'll be available to meet at least twice a week, and I'll save all meeting notes to our Notion

Do we need to have any SEO tools? (Like Ahrefs, Semrush, etc...?)
You do not; I've got you covered.

Content Audit
I'll analyze your current content — as well as your competitor's content — to understand what content is driving the most engagement (across channels & platforms), and to understand what content topics have the highest 'near-term search potential'
Content Strategy
I'll work with you to align on a cross-channel, data-driven content strategy (leveraging what we learned through the audit, along with direction from you & your team)
Content Calendar (prioritized content)
We'll align on content priority, and create a content calendar which encompasses all content (across channels & platforms)
Content Creation
Once aligned on strategy & prioritization, I'll get to work on creating the content; and you'll have access to all draft versions and I'll work to incorporate any/all feedback you have
Analyze & Iterate
I'll act on the reporting to iterate on what's working (and improve what's not)
