  I'm an experienced project management consultant, who's successfully delivered dynamic projects across different sectors, in both the private & public sector up to the value of £300m. I can provide a range of bespoke services to meet the needs of your project. My approach will be tailored to your requirements, but to provide an idea of the process: Discovery Call This will be a no obligation, informal introductory call to get to know one another where we can discuss the needs of your business and gain understanding of your project goals & challenges. Proposal & Agreement Here I'll define the project's scope, confirm milestones, deliverables and outline & agree fees. Kick-off Meeting This will officially initiate the project and I will chair the meeting with the project team and stakeholders to align objectives, goals, and expectations, along with project scope, timelines, roles & responsibilities. Project Gant Chart (Notion) I'll develop a comprehensive Project Gant Chart on Notion to provide a clear visual timeline and project plan, which will ensure we successfully execute project tasks and can track progress against milestones. Weekly Progress Meetings I'll create an agenda and chair a reoccurring weekly meeting with the stakeholder and project team to provide the project's 'drumbeat'. This will act as a forum for ongoing communication, progress updates, issue resolution & alignment. Project Planning To ensure goals are aligned, I'll carry out project planning which will involve defining objectives, timelines, resource utilisation & creating a roadmap to complete milestones. Stakeholder Coordination Fundamental to my role will be managing the interface between stakeholder to best align the project's interests by actively engaging & keeping stakeholder's informed to enable their positive impact on the project. Handover Meeting This will officially conclude the project and is an opportunity to review the project's outcomes, achievements, lessons learned, any ongoing support requirements and will provide everything needed to transition responsibility back to your organisation.
