My approach will be tailored to your requirements, but to provide an idea of the process: Discovery Call: This will be a no obligation, informal introductory call to get to know one another where we can discuss the needs of your business and gain understanding of your project goals & challenges. Proposal & Agreement: Here I'll define the project's scope, confirm milestones, deliverables and outline & agree fees. Gant Chart Creation: I will create a full Gant chart or update an existing one as necessary to the requirements of your project. Milestones, Critical Path & Float: I can either draw on my experience to plot out the milestones or we can agree them between us and I will determine the critical path through the project to ensure there are no project delays. Resource Allocation: The program will not only show the time allowance per task but I can also plot the required resource to achieve it to enable effective allocation. Progress Monitoring: I will monitor progress by meeting with the team to ensure the Gant chart is a 'live' document to inform progress. Up to 2x meetings per week.
