What's included

Introduction Meeting
Introduction Meeting to present the project scope and its current situation (2-hour meeting)
Jira and Confluence Project Creation and Configuration
Create and configure Jira and Confluence projects, including ticket status workflow, ticket description template, creation of needed automation for the project management, and dashboard configuration. If the client does not have a Jira or Confluence account, an account will be created in that step and the client will provide the list of users to be added to the systems. (1-hour effort)
Backlog Tasks Creation and Grooming
In that step, loading the project backlog with tasks begins. Based on the initial introductory meeting with the project stakeholders, we will start creating identified stories, tasks, sub-tasks, and epic and we will prioritize those that must be part of the first Sprint (12-hour effort split into 3 4-hour meetings and the required stakeholders attendance to refine those tickets are mandatory)
Scrum Training for Team
A 2-hour training to cover basic Scrum knowledge all roles and responsibilities on the Sprint
Sprint Planning
A 3-hour meeting for the Sprint Planning ceremony and the artifact creation
