As a Product Owner, I led the Health Database project, also performing tasks and responsibilities of a Scrum Master and a Business Analyst focusing on the Health Information Exchange (HIE), and FHIR standards.

- Directed the HealthPilot project with a focus on the Health Information Exchange (HIE);

- Oversaw the Application Requirements Wiki Page and managed Jira Tickets to ensure requirement prioritization on Sprints;

- Analyzed the system for enhancement opportunities, integrating them into the Sprint backlog;

- Managed issues and bugs for an efficient Minimum Viable Product (MVP) release;

- Acted as the Scrum Master, resolving blockers, facilitating Sprint ceremonies, and managing Sprint artifacts.
