FAQs

  • What are the key deliverables of this service?

A project backlog with refined Epics, Stories, and Tasks created to be developed on further occasions for the development team.

  • How long does the process take?

The entire process typically takes up to 22 hours and can be completed within 5 business days. This includes all stages from the initial kick-off meeting to the final Backlog items presentation

  • What types of stakeholders are involved?

All necessary stakeholders for the requirement gathering and analysis process. Those stakeholders are defined in the kick-off meeting

  • What happens if a important stakeholder misses a meeting for requirements elicitation?

In case a stakeholder does not attend a previously agreed meeting to the requirement elicitation step, the meeting is considered done and the absence is documented and reported. • How do I know the process is happening as expected?

As the owner of the project and with necessary access to the project management tool, it is possible to watch the progress in the backlog and leave any questions or suggestions for me when this occurs

What's included

  • Stakeholder Requirements Gathering

Engage with stakeholders to capture and document their needs and expectations, with a focus on ensuring alignment with FHIR standards. This includes conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to develop a thorough understanding of the project’s objectives and user requirements, particularly in relation to healthcare interoperability.

  • FHIR Integration and Standards Mapping

Map project requirements to FHIR standards, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare systems and data exchange protocols. This deliverable includes identifying key FHIR resources and profiles relevant to your EMR project, and defining how these standards will be implemented throughout the development process, guaranteeing interoperability and compliance from the start.

  • Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Analysis

Analyze and define both functional and non-functional requirements, including FHIR-compliant data exchange and interoperability needs. This process includes detailed documentation to ensure the system meets performance, security, and usability standards specific to healthcare environments.
