In case a stakeholder does not attend a previously agreed meeting to the requirement elicitation step, the meeting is considered done and the absence is documented and reported. In the event of adverse situations, we can review the circumstances and reschedule the missed meeting. However, rescheduling the meeting may not always be possible.
As the owner of the project and with necessary access to the project management tool, it is possible to watch the progress in the backlog and leave any questions or suggestions for me when this occurs
