This complete brand identity design package provides a strong visual foundation for your brand, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all touchpoints. This package is ideal for startups, small businesses, or personal brands looking for a clean and cohesive identity.
I craft bespoke brand identities, specializing in typographic-driven logos and systems that balance clean, minimalist aesthetics with strategic impact. From an in-depth brand strategy workshop and creative direction guidance, my process ensures every element reflects your vision with clarity and cohesion.

Process

Discovery Workshop We’ll begin with a discovery session—either live via Google-Meet call or through Contra messaging at your convenience—where you’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire and we’ll work together through interactive exercises to crystallize your vision, values, target audience, and competitive landscape.
Moodboard & Creative Direction Drawing on insights from our workshop, I’ll assemble up to two curated moodboards—each featuring six to eight inspirational images, colors, textures, and typographic examples—that reflect the tone and style best suited to your brand. We’ll refine these moodboards through up to two rounds of feedback until we achieve perfect alignment on the aesthetic direction. By the end of this session, you’ll receive a concise workshop summary containing all the research and analysis we’ve worked on through the Discovery Workshop & Moodboard sessions for your approval. This document will be yours to keep and available to share with your internal team.
Logo & Identity Design With the approved strategy and creative direction in hand, I’ll present two distinct logo concepts along with mockup implementations that demonstrate how your new identity can adapt across different applications. You’ll have the opportunity to guide the process through two rounds of feedback, honing shapes, color palettes, and typography until the final design is authentically yours.
Brand Guidelines & Files Handover To ensure consistency as your brand grows, I’ll compile a comprehensive Brand Guidelines document detailing logo usage and clear-space rules, primary and secondary color palettes, typography hierarchy with web fonts, imagery style, and tone-of-voice guidelines. Alongside this, you’ll receive all master files in both digital (SVG, PNG, JPG) and print (PDF, AI, EPS) formats.—so you have everything you need to confidently present and protect your brand.

  • How long does this project will take to complete?

    Timelines vary with each project’s scope, but typically brand identity projects are completed within 3–6 weeks. If extra revisions or collateral pieces are needed, the schedule may shift accordingly. After our discovery call, I’ll provide a more accurate timeline tailored to your goals and deliverables.

  • How will we communicate throughout the process?

    Our main communication will take place via Contra or Email. You’ll also gain access to a bespoke Notion client portal, where you can review assets, drop comments during each revision round, and track project milestones—all in one centralized, flexible workspace.

  • What will be the final cost?

    The cost is tailored to your specific needs and objectives. During our discovery call, we’ll explore your vision and project scope to provide a personalized quote that aligns with your goals.

  • How many feedback rounds are included?

    I include two rounds of feedback during the identity development phase. Should you need additional revisions, we’ll outline the scope and associated fees before proceeding.

  • If I have my logo designed by someone else, can you help with other designs?

    Sure! I've also provided additional marketing collateral designs based on an existing logo from past clients of mine who wanted to expand their branding (e.g. the NZ Concepts rebranding project in the 'Example Projects' section below), so feel free to contact me for additional services, even if you already have an existing brand and just needs an update!

  • Do you offer support beyond the initial handover?

    Yes, I offer up to two weeks of post-project support to assist with implementation or minor tweaks. If you need continued design help or additional services beyond that, I’m happy to discuss ongoing support options.

  • Brand Strategy Workshop

    The Brand Strategy Phase lays the foundation for a strong and cohesive brand identity. Through in-depth research, discovery, and a collaborative workshop, we define the brand’s core values, positioning, target audience, and unique value proposition. This phase ensures alignment between business goals and visual identity, creating a strategic roadmap for design decisions.

  • Logo Design Suite

    - Primary Logo (Main Logo) - Secondary Logo (Alternative version of your logo) - Submark (Stripped down logo, great for app icons and profile pictures) - Monogram or Favicon Logo (Small icon version of your logo, usually containing either the logo symbol or initials and perfect to use in the website address bar)

  • Color Palette

    The color palette is a curated selection of colors that represent your brand’s personality and visual tone. You’ll receive a set of primary and secondary colors, along with their print and digital codes for easy use across all the brand's touchpoints and recommended pairings for visual harmony.

  • Typography

    Typography refers to the fonts chosen to represent your brand’s voice and style. You’ll receive a curated font pairing—including selections for headings, subheadings and body copy, along with guidance on how to use them for consistency across all brand communications. Font recommendations may include both free and premium options. If a paid font is suggested, it will be the client's responsibility to purchase the license. Whenever possible, I’ll also provide a free alternative with a similar look and feel.

  • Brand Mockups

    Realistic visual previews that will show how your logo or brand elements will look in real-life settings—like on business cards, packaging, signage, or social media. They help you imagine the final result and see your brand in action before applying it to actual materials.

  • Brand Elements

    Custom-made visual elements like patterns, icons, imagery or branded illustrations that add personality and depth to your brand, while reinforcing a cohesive and recognizable identity.

  • Brand Guidelines Book

    An extended brand book featuring detailed logo do’s & don’ts, minimum sizes and placement rules; an extended color library with color codes, accent hues, tints, gradients, and usage ratios; a full typography hierarchy with web-safe fallbacks, a cohesive visual language (photography styles, iconography, patterns), clear voice & tone guidance, real-world application mockups (business cards, social posts, packaging), and technical specs for both digital and print—all packaged in a shareable PDF to ensure consistent execution across every touchpoint.

  • Marketing collateral Templates

    You’ll receive customizable templates for key marketing materials, such as business cards, letterhead, social media posts, and email newsletters—designed to maintain brand consistency across all your communications.

  • Final Assets Delivery

    You’ll receive all logo files in multiple formats (SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG) for both print and digital use. A complete color palette with swatches, font files or download links (if using free fonts), and a branded guidelines PDF will be included. I’ll also provide mockup files for future reference or internal presentations.

  • Ongoing Support

    Even after delivering your final files, I’m here to assist you. I offer up to two weeks of ongoing support to help with any questions or adjustments as you start using your new brand identity across different platforms.
