When you work with us for the Growth Package, here's what you can expect at every stage of the process. Our aim is to deliver exceptional results through clear communication, thorough research, and creative design.

Phase 1: Onboarding

Inquiry Form Submission Begin by filling out our detailed inquiry form to share your business goals and brand needs.

Discovery Call We schedule a call to understand your vision, challenges, and expectations. This is where we assess if we’re the right fit to work together.

Approval, Contract & Initial Payment Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send over the contract for signature. A 50% upfront payment is required to begin.

Access to Client Portal You’ll gain access to a dedicated portal where all project documents, timelines, and resources are managed. This will be your go-to space for staying updated.

Phase 2: Research & Strategy

Brand Questionnaire & Strategy Call You complete an in-depth questionnaire that helps us dive into your brand’s identity and objectives. A strategy call follows to align on details.

Industry & Audience Research We research industry trends, competitors, and your target audience. This data informs our strategy and design direction.

Moodboard Creation & Presentation A visual representation of your brand’s tone and style is designed and shared with you. This ensures we’re aligned on aesthetics.

Feedback & Refinement Your input on the moodboard is crucial. We refine the visuals based on your feedback before advancing to the next phase.

Phase 3: Designing

Initial Drafts We explore creative concepts and present initial drafts for your brand identity.

Brand Identity Design This includes developing your logo, color palette, typography, and any graphic elements like iconography or illustrations.

Brand Proposal Presentation All designs are compiled into a cohesive presentation, showcasing how they embody your brand’s strategy and goals.

Feedback & Revisions We gather your input and make adjustments, offering two rounds of revisions to perfect the design.

Final Deliverables Once finalized, all brand assets are created, including brand guidelines and collateral like business cards or social media templates.

Brand Presentation A comprehensive presentation (video and/or document) outlines your new brand identity and its applications.

Phase 4: Offboarding

Final Payment The remaining balance is due before we deliver the final files.

File Delivery All assets are sent to you via a secure link or uploaded to the client portal.

Rights Signoff (if necessary) We transfer ownership of the designs to you, ensuring your full rights to the assets.

Closeout The project is marked as complete, and client portal access is removed. We archive the project for future reference.

30-Day Support For one month after completion, we’re available for questions or minor tweaks to ensure a smooth transition.
