Our Brand Strategy Process: The Essentials Package
I take a structured yet collaborative approach to developing your brand, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision and goals. Here’s what working together looks like:
Phase 1: Onboarding
We begin with a warm welcome and clear steps to set up our partnership:
Inquiry Form
You’ll start by filling out an inquiry form, helping me understand your brand, goals, and initial needs.
Discovery Call
Next, we’ll have a call to discuss your vision, goals, and how I can help bring them to life. This is also where I address your questions and explain my approach.
Proposal, Contract & Payment
Once we’re aligned, I’ll send you a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables. After you approve, sign the contract, and pay the initial invoice, we’re officially set to start!
Client Portal Access
You’ll gain access to a personalized client portal with all the project documents, schedules, and communication tools in one place.
Phase 2: Research & Strategy
This is where we lay the groundwork for your brand’s success:
Brand Questionnaire & Strategy Call
I’ll send you a questionnaire to dive deeper into your brand’s essence, audience, and goals. We’ll also discuss everything during a strategy call to ensure alignment.
Research & Reports
I conduct in-depth research on your industry, competitors, and target audience, compiling insights into a report that highlights opportunities and challenges.
Moodboard Creation & Presentation
I’ll create a moodboard to visually convey the brand’s tone and style and present it to you for feedback.
Feedback & Revisions
Based on your input, I’ll refine the moodboard until we’re aligned on the direction.
Phase 3: Designing
Here, your brand starts taking shape visually:
Draft Concepts
I’ll sketch and develop initial ideas, selecting the strongest ones to present.
Brand Identity Design
Together, we’ll craft a cohesive brand identity, including your logo, color palette, typography, and any graphic elements that suit your needs.
Brand Proposal Presentation
I’ll compile all designs into a presentation, explaining the thought process behind each element and how they connect to your brand strategy.
Feedback & Revisions
You’ll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune the designs until they’re perfect.
Final Brand Files
I’ll compile all final files, including a brand guidelines document, logos in various formats, and any agreed-upon collateral designs.
Brand Presentation
I'll also compile a final presentation (video and/or PDF) showcasing your complete brand package.
Phase 4: Offboarding
We wrap things up and ensure a seamless handoff:
Final Payment
Before delivering the final files, I’ll send the final invoice.
File Delivery
Once payment is complete, I’ll provide all files via a secure link or your client portal.
Design Rights Signoff
If needed, I’ll prepare a rights transfer document to confirm your ownership of the designs.
Project Completion
I’ll mark your project as complete, archive it in my system, and remove your access to the portal.
30-Day Support
For 30 days, I’ll be available to answer any questions or advice on how to implement the brand where it is not clear to ensure you’re set up for success.

    To ensure we’re aligned, you’ll need to: - Complete an inquiry form. - Fill out the brand questionnaire. - Share any existing branding or visual references you love.

  • Can I upgrade to a higher package later?

    Yes, you can upgrade to a more comprehensive package. However, please note that an upgrade will be treated as a new project and managed accordingly moving forward. If you require additional deliverables instead of a full upgrade, each addition will be charged separately. The project scope and timeline will be adjusted to accommodate the new deliverables.

  • Do you offer ongoing support after the project?

    Absolutely! All clients receive 30 days of support after the project ends. I’ll be available to answer questions or provide guidance during this time.

  • What happens if I need more deliverables later?

    If you require additional branding elements, we can discuss a separate project or package tailored to your new needs.

  • How do you handle payment?

    A 50% deposit is required to book your spot, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverables are handed over.
