Designed a unified digital hospital experience that simplifies complex healthcare journeys for patients, visitors, and employees. The goal was to create an intuitive experience at the surface while seamlessly coordinating the complex systems, services, and workflows operating behind the scenes.
Rather than making users navigate the hospital’s organisational structure, the experience is task-oriented and context-aware, prioritising the user’s next most likely action whether that’s checking in, finding a department, managing billing, understanding policies, or getting assistance from AI.
The result is a single digital front door that makes navigating the hospital feel simple, connected, and purposeful.
