I designed an executive dashboard that consolidates key performance indicators across revenue, profitability, customers, sales, and operations. The analysis highlights performance trends, conversion metrics, product results, and opportunities for improvement.
Beyond visualization, the dashboard translates data into key insights and practical recommendations, helping leadership quickly understand what is happening, why it matters, and where to focus next.

This portfolio case study demonstrates how I structure project management workspaces to improve visibility, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
I designed a centralized system to organize projects, tasks, owners, priorities, deadlines, and progress in one place. The workspace includes project status tracking, upcoming deadlines, task distribution, timelines, and performance indicators to help teams identify risks and stay focused on delivery.
The setup also incorporates standardized workflows, clear ownership, documentation, and communication practices, creating a scalable framework that can be adapted to different teams and business needs.

This portfolio case study demonstrates my approach to analyzing operations, identifying inefficiencies, and redesigning workflows to create more scalable and efficient processes.
I mapped the end-to-end workflow, identified key bottlenecks and root causes, and designed an improved future-state process focused on clearer ownership, standardized procedures, automation opportunities, and KPI visibility.
The solution includes streamlined workflows, SOPs and checklists, defined communication standards, and a KPI framework to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

The dashboard centralizes key information across multiple projects, providing leadership with visibility into project status, task progress, budget utilization, upcoming milestones, and operational risks.
The goal was to transform scattered project information into a structured reporting system that helps teams identify risks early, prioritize actions, and make faster, data-driven decisions.
