I designed this portfolio case study to demonstrate how I approach project and operations management through clear, actionable data.
The dashboard centralizes key information across multiple projects, providing leadership with visibility into project status, task progress, budget utilization, upcoming milestones, and operational risks.
The goal was to transform scattered project information into a structured reporting system that helps teams identify risks early, prioritize actions, and make faster, data-driven decisions.
Key elements include: portfolio-level KPI tracking, project health monitoring, milestone and deadline visibility, budget utilization, risk management, and executive reporting.
Tools & approach: Excel / Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Asana, KPI design, project governance, and operational reporting.

But do you actually know what's happening in your business?
Sales reports. Customer data. Spreadsheets. Monthly numbers.
There may be plenty of data sitting in front of you, but still no clear answer to questions like:
→ Which products are actually performing well?
→ When are sales increasing or declining?
→ What are customers buying?
→ Where are you losing opportunities?
→ What needs your attention first?
Having data isn't the same as understanding it.
This is where data analysis can help.
Instead of looking at hundreds or thousands of rows individually, I organize and analyze the data to find the patterns that matter.
For example, in a recent coffee sales analysis project, I looked at sales performance, product trends, and customer purchasing patterns and presented the results through an interactive dashboard.
The goal wasn't to create more numbers.
It was to make the existing numbers easier to understand.
Good decisions start with knowing what's actually happening.
If your business data is sitting in spreadsheets but you're still unsure what the numbers are telling you, that's a problem worth solving.

Customer Retention & Cohort Analysis Performed an advanced cohort retention analysis using sample customer data to evaluate retention patterns across acquisition cohorts. The analysis highlights customer behavior over time and helps identify retention trends and potential churn risks through data visualization.
Cohorts are the right lens here. One useful guardrail is comparing cohorts at identical ages and separating acquisition-channel mix from within-cohort retention; otherwise a newer cohort can look weaker simply because it has had less time to mature. Nice foundation for making churn actionable.
