Profile in progress

Veronica is building their profile!

I worked with a real estate couple in a competitive market. They had 15+ years of experience, but it wasn’t obvious from the first hello, especially on video. They were overthinking how to show up and how to talk about what they do without sounding salesy. We built a personal brand they could use: how they introduce themselves, how they show up on video, and how their style supports the impression they want to leave. What I did Tightened their messaging so their expertise was clear without bragging Direction for recording on their phone (how to start, pace, what to repeat) Style direction for content, meetings, and networking Simple rules for showing up individually and together Deliverables Intro structure (solo + together) Repeatable video formats Style guidelines + outfit formulas One-page personal brand rules doc

I supported the development of a high-end coffee table book as a creative consultant, coordinating visual direction with the design team to make the book feel more modern, cohesive, and easier to read. I wasn’t the designer, but I led key decisions across typography, color, and book layout so the pacing matched the amount of text and imagery. We’re now building the book’s social presence and planning the second edition with a clearer commercial story, more visuals, less copy. What I did Visual direction for color and overall look and feel. Typography direction (updated the original font to a modern one). Book layout improvements for readability and flow. Creative consulting for social media presence. Early planning for the second edition (more visual-led storytelling)

A service business owner was building an Ayurveda detox program, but the way it was written felt complicated, so people would need a second read to understand what it was, who it was for, and what they were actually buying. I came in to simplify the offer and rebuild the sales page flow, so the program felt clear, structured, and easy to say yes to, without overexplaining. What I did Simplified the program messaging, in the client’s own words Reorganized the sales page structure (what comes first, what to cut, what to repeat) Tightened the offer details, so it was clear what’s included and how it works Mapped the next step after the detox, so the offer didn’t end at “week one” Deliverables A clearer offer, a rebuilt sales page outline + copy direction, and a simple plan for what comes after the program.

Events Marketing Consulting (Latin America + Europe) Panama-based events organization, bilingual (English + Spanish). In 2026, sponsors don’t say yes because an event needs money. They say yes when the sponsorship gives them access and involvement. In a 90-day consulting program, I helped restructure how they promoted congresses, sold sponsorships, and grew memberships for association clients. What we worked on Sponsorship approach + packages Proposals that made sponsorship easier to approve Event promotion plan (before / during / after) Membership messaging Team training (English + Spanish) Deliverables Sponsorship package structure + proposal framework, event promotion plan by phase, membership messaging direction, internal guidance the team could reuse.
