Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform with Shopify App Integrations
A multi-tenant SaaS platform built to help businesses manage marketing and customer engagement tools from a single dashboard instead of using multiple separate services. The platform includes multiple modules such as Email Marketing, B2B and B2C flows, Popup Builder, Chat Automation, Review Management, and WhatsApp Business integration.
Chat, Review, and Popup modules were developed as standalone Shopify apps and connected to the main SaaS backend using secure APIs and shared authentication.

Built and extended a production B2C web platform used for managing water product distribution across multiple roles and locations.
