QA engineer with 9+ years testing web, mobile and SaaS products. I find bugs before your users do and write reports clear enough to act on immediately: steps, expected vs actual, severity, evidence. Manual and exploratory testing, Playwright automation, API checks in Postman. ISTQB certified. On a recent multi-tenant SaaS project, the client rated the work 5.0. Built BugSnap AI, my own QA tool.
